Every September, Heartland Dental dedicates a week to celebrating our amazing supported doctors, dental team members, and support professionals for Employee Appreciation Week. Year over year, Employee Appreciation Week is a special opportunity for the whole Heartland Dental community to embrace our core value of Celebrate – prioritizing gratitude, camaraderie, and joy in the success of others.
This year, the team celebrated with office lunches, support office BBQs, engaging Spirit Week themes, new wellness resources, and a gift from Heartland Dental. As part of Employee Appreciation Week, Heartland Dental also introduced its first Company Yearbook – looking back at memories with our regional teams, support office functions, groups, and events.
Employee Appreciation Week would not be possible without our Celebrate Committee, a group of cross functional team members who dedicate time and energy to provide resources and coordinate celebrations across the organization.
It is weeks like Employee Appreciate Week that underscore our culture and commitment to our Core Values.
