Meet campus recruiter Kelly O’Neill! The first team member of the campus recruiting team for doctor recruiting. Kelly brings experience, charisma, and passion for finding talented doctors to join our supported network. Here is her story:
“Hi! My name is Kelly O’Neill, I am a campus recruiter, and I am thrilled to take over Heartland Dental’s social media this week at ASDA Annual Session!
I am excited to be a part of the newly created campus recruiting team for doctor recruiting. I am passionate about connecting with students and find great joy in helping students explore career options and ultimately find the best fit for themselves after graduation! I also love to plan a great event! Since joining Heartland Dental, I’ve been able to travel across the country meeting phenomenal students – so hope to meet you soon!
A few fun facts about me: I graduated with my undergraduate and masters degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign, I live in Chicago, love to travel (have been to 30+ countries), enjoy nothing more than quality time with family and friends and am passionate about giving back. I co-founded a non-profit organization named Girls Go For It aiming to empower young women to reach for the stars.
