From day one, it’s our priority to ensure all dentists and team members entering the Heartland Dental family have a full understanding of who we are, why we do what we do, and what fantastic opportunities they will have access to. To assist with this, Heartland Dental has created a new orientation program known as HeartStart.
From April 24th – 26th, Heartland Dental kicked off its first HeartStart event at our Effingham Support Office in Effingham, Illinois. Newly-supported dentists and administrators were brought together to learn more about Heartland Dental’s vision and core values.
The event featured a wide variety of Heartland Dental speakers, including Founder, Dr. Rick Workman, President and CEO, Patrick Bauer, supported clinical leaders, and other leadership and educators. Each of the presenters focused on what value now awaits attendees as a supported dentist or team member, and what attendees can do themselves to best find success at the company. HeartStart will continue throughout 2019, with events for incoming dentists and admin taking place in July and October.
“Our first HeartStart event was a great success. It was a pleasure to meet and speak with so many of the new dentists and administrators entering our company,” said Dr. Workman. “It’s very important that they understand who Heartland Dental is and what benefits and options they now have. I look forward to helping even more dentists and team members learn more about Heartland Dental in our upcoming HeartStart events.”
